kelly 'triangleface' holmes

So, I decided to do some collages, this isn't something I do often but I think this is soon gonna change!
I could say they are for my final project... but they don't really have anything to do with my project, it just makes me feel better if I say they are.

milk shoulders

Weeks and weeks and weeks ago I had a project focused around the play TOP GIRLS. The outcome had to sum up the whole play and this was quite a task..

first I did this
(photo courtesy of Sam Bush, see his blog here! Its wicked!!
and in my hands a camera

but realised it was a bit.. bland

so then I made some plastic shoulder pads and filled them with milk

Here they are on my flat mate Jaz's lovely shoulders!Thank you Jaz!
much better!

where is my womb

OH,
HERE IT IS!

I made this knitted womb as an outcome for a project entitled 'in the beginning'.
Here it is in full use, kindly modelled by Charlotte!
what a beautiful little foetus!

and here are some birdies

Sooo here is a Pentax camera. We've had it in the house for a while, and as 110 film is not sold anywhere any more and the price for processing is beyond ridiculous the little cutie has just been sat around the house.
bless

The other day my brother and I found this tank which develops 110 AND 16mm film

then we found an old 110 film

then we tried to process it

but due to mixed up chemicals we actualy fixed the film twice ooerr

BUT now we have a canister which we can reload with 16mm and fit in the pentax MEANING we can use 16mm cine film instead of normal film, not only is it a bit easier to find BUT as it comes in rolls of 400 feet it means we'd be able to take thousands of photos! wowzer

shakeyshakey

First film I'v developed by shaking! ooo! obviously with a little help from my bruv. The photos aren't thaaaaaaat great as what I didn't realise was that neither the light metre OR the aperture were working on my camera, dang nabbit! But they are of palm trees so its ok!
